Return Policy

Buyers should enquire about the return policy of the product before purchasing. Many products are special ordered from the Manufacturer or Distributors as needed. These products are often not returnable. Normally stocked products that are unopend and uninstalled can be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of the shipment date of your order. A 15% of the purchase price restocking fee and minimum of $5 applies for all refunds and exhanges. Shipping charges are refundable if the return is of an error on our part. Although we may make recommendation on parts, the buyer ultimately responsible for ensuring the product being purchased was designed for their car.Open and/or installed products as well as special order items will be accepted for return at our discretion. Customers may have to deal directly with the manufacturer on open and/or installed products that need warranty attention.

Return Instructions

All returns MUST be authorized by phone or email prior to sending any product(s) back to AutoMods LLC by emailing sales@ImportEvolution.com with your name, address, phone number, product description, purchase date, and reason for return. All products must be shipped back in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt and a return authorization number in the package to receive a refund or replacement.

Warranties

We have a 1-year limited warranty on parts manufactured by AutoMods LLC. Our warranty does not cover failure caused by abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, or tampering. Retail products made by other manufactures may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days as long as they are unopened and never installed. Manufactures warranty must be processed directly through the product manufacturer. Due to the nature of the auto racing industry, some products do have warranties due to the harsh conditions and environments they are exposed to.
